Eco Yoga combines hiking, meditation and yoga in inspiring mountain landscapes. It is designed to help you learn how to find inner stillness, so you can experience how profoundly connected you are to nature.

After 15 years of study I realized there are several practices that help people drop into that place of stillness; a place referred to as the “ecological self,” by deep ecologists, “stillness or abiding presence” by yoga practitioners and the “sacred silence” by many native people.
Eco Yoga is the culmination of years of research and personal explorations to learn how to come to this place with intention.
Why is Eco Yoga different then regular yoga or meditation classes?
It’s simple-you’re moving and you’re outside!
As a naturalist and guide of 17 years and yoga teacher for 11, I know that at first it's challenging to sit quietly, especially indoors.
The beauty of Eco Yoga is that it begins with walking meditation in nature and culimates with a Yoga class in the mountains.
Once you cultivate that place of stillness you can access it easier next time - I know this because I’m one of those people and I’ve successfully helped many people cultivate quietude over the years.
